I have made excellent progress, I am much stronger. Trinity is very motivating. I have also been working on strengthening on my own at the community center, something I have never done in my entire life. I have also been walking on the treadmill, but I have done that in the past.

Definitely. My experience with Trinity has been excellent. 

I am 67 years old. My daughter said I would be able to avoid muscle loss, but at my age I wouldn't gain strength. She was wrong. I have made significant progress in strengthening. I worked out with a trainer in Fargo for several years. My progress with Trinity is much better and I am very pleased.
